Slate Digital “Virtual Modules Giveaway” – Official Rules
The promoter of this competition is Solid State Logic UK Ltd, 25 Spring Hill Road Begbroke Oxford, OX5 1RU (“Promoter”). PLEASE DO NOT SEND ENTRIES TO THIS ADDRESS.
1. Duration
The giveaway begins at 7:01 AM PT on Wednesday, September 24th week and ends at November 11 11:59 PM PT. Winners will be announced within three (3) days following the close of each weekly giveaway period.
2. Eligibility
– Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
– Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
– Employees of Slate Digital, Solid State Logic, or other Audiotonix group companies, their family members, or anyone else connected with the planning or administration of this giveaway are not permitted to enter.
– Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
– Follow @slatedigital on Instagram or TikTok.
– Comment on the official giveaway post for that week.
– Optional: share the post to your Instagram Story (tag @slatedigital) or repost/stitch on TikTok with tag @slatedigital for one (1) bonus entry.
– Limit one (1) entry and one (1) bonus entry per person per week. Entries do not roll over into future weeks.
4. Prize
– Weekly Prize: One (1) perpetual license for the released module(s) of that week, plus perpetual license(s) for the following week’s modules.
– No cash alternative or transfer of prize permitted.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
– Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter within three (3) days of the close of each weekly giveaway period.
– Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @slatedigital account only.
– Winners must respond within five (5) days. If a potential winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
– By entering, participants consent to their username and/or name being publicly announced by Promoter.
6. General Conditions
– Participation constitutes entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules and to Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding.
– Promoter is not responsible for lost entries, technical failures, or unauthorized access.
– Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Promoter’s control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, winners agree that Promoter may use their name, username, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Platform Rules
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
9. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Privacy
Promoter will collect entrants’ usernames for administration of the giveaway. Winners will be required to provide their name, email address, and iLok ID to receive the prize. Information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling prizes, subject to Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
